Make your submission for the 10th Anniversary of Clinical Care Standards

The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care is celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Clinical Care Standards in November 2024. 

To mark this milestone, we want to hear how Clinical Care Standards have influenced change and improved safety and quality in health services across Australia.

Overview

Submissions will be assessed by a panel at the Commission. The best submissions will be contacted in early 2025 and then showcased on the Commission’s website and promoted through our communication channels.

Submissions will be assessed on the basis of changes in quality outcomes, challenges overcome and innovative approaches to implementation. We will attempt to showcase one example for each Clinical Care Standard, subject to the quality of the submissions received.

You can submit more than one submission, for example you can complete submissions about more than one clinical care standard. Please complete a separate form for each clinical care standard. However, if  your example describes an overall approach to all Clinical Care Standards, you can complete a single form.
