Public consultation is now open
The Commission is seeking feedback from the pathology sector, specifically pathology laboratories and anyone involved in the accreditation process for pathology laboratories.
Share your feedback before 13 October 2023 by:
- Completing a short online survey
- Providing a written submission
Your involvement will help shape the future of accreditation for pathology by:
- Understanding the benefits of standards and accreditation
- Identifying any barriers and enablers associated with the accreditation scheme
- Identifying any implementation resources and assessment support required by laboratories
Next step
The public consultation will occur in two stages. The Commission will hold focus groups throughout November 2023. These focus groups are an opportunity for targeted consultation on issues identified in the survey.
