Updated Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Scheme advisories

The Commission has revised three Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Scheme (DIAS) advisories.

DI21/06 Clarification of the required evidence for an equipment service provider’s qualifications and licences
DI21/07 Evidence requirements for optimised radiation technique charts
DI21/08 Medication management for medical imaging associated with surgical and interventional procedures

The review resulted in no significant changes. Accrediting agencies will assess diagnostic imaging practices against these advisories immediately.

Please familiarise yourself with these advisories. The DIAS requires that diagnostic imaging practices comply with relevant advisories.
