Consideration for use of Commission resources for commercial purposes may be given on a case-by-case basis, for use in educational resources for health professionals.

In such instances, a licence agreement is required. Please allow 4-6 weeks for such a request to be processed.

Terms and conditions

The Commission will make resources available on a case by case basis under the following conditions:

  • The Commission will provide written approval and the resource/s must only be used for the purposes specified in approval.
  • Text extracts may not be adapted or edited.  
  • Artwork must not be altered in form or colour. The size of the artwork can be manipulated to suit the purpose.
  • Please note, if the usage of the resource changes from the initial request, a new request must be submitted, subject to approval.
  • The role of the Commission in developing the resource/s should be acknowledged.
  • For commercial request, the grant of permission for the use of Commission resources will be subject to accepting the terms and conditions that will be included in the licence that is issued.
  • A copy of the resource/s should be provided to the Commission, once developed.
