Priority Antibacterial List for Antimicrobial Resistance Containment

The Priority Antibacterial List for Antimicrobial Resistance Containment is a tool to support antimicrobial stewardship (AMS). It can be used to analyse antimicrobial usage in terms of preferred or optimal prescribing choices. It was developed to support analyses of data submitted to the National Antimicrobial Utilisation Surveillance Program, and may also be used for local AMS programs in both hospital and community settings.
