The purpose of this user guide is to provide an overview of the key concepts and issues that should be addressed when measuring and evaluating consumer partnerships, and to inform the development of evaluation and monitoring plans for the Partnering with Consumers Standard.

This fact sheet gives digital mental health service providers an explanation of the Partnering with Consumers Standard; why it is important; how service providers can meet this standard and what can be done to implement this standard to assure the delivery of safe, effective, integrated, high quality and continuously improving digital mental health services.

It highlights the strategies that South Metropolitan Health Service uses to implement the the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards with a focus on partnering with consumers at all levels of the organisation.
