Approved accrediting agencies contact details
Approved accrediting agencies assess healthcare services to the National Safety and Quality Primary and Community Healthcare Standards (Primary and Community Healthcare Standards). These agencies are approved by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (the Commission) following application and review by an approval panel.
The Commission approves accrediting agencies to assess healthcare services to the Primary and Community Healthcare Standards under the Australian Health Service Safety and Quality Accreditation Scheme.
Healthcare services need to engage an approved accrediting agency to conduct their assessment to the Primary and Community Healthcare Standards. As at December 2021, the following agencies are approved to assess healthcare services to these standards.
