The approval process
The Commission approves accrediting agencies under the Australian Health Service Safety and Quality Accreditation (AHSSQA) Scheme. Agencies are approved by the Commission following application and review by an approval panel.
Digital mental health service providers must engage an approved accrediting agency to conduct their assessment.
Accreditation to the NSQDMH Standards commences on 1 November 2022.
