Consumers need to ‘stop, think and check’ that they have the right brand of insulin in the right strength before administering.

Safe and quality use of insulins requires clear information transfer from initial prescribing to the dispensing label, to ensure safe use by consumers and/or their carers.

The Commission has developed the National Safety and Quality Cosmetic Surgery Standards to ensure patients receive safe, high-quality care in facilities where cosmetic surgery is performed.

The Cosmetic Surgery Standards were released on 14 December 2023.
