About AHPEQS
The Australian Hospital Patient Experience Question Set (AHPEQS) is a new survey, developed by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care. It is based on the aspects of treatment and care that patients in Australian hospitals and healthcare services have told us are most important to them.
"When someone acknowledges us, or listens to us, or comforts us, or explains things to us, it’s so much better … we just feel better because someone has cared for us."
